Your First Visit

Step 1: First time paperwork

You will either be a self pay new patient, or an insurance patient. Make sure you use our links to book a spot! Next, you will be sent a welcome email immediately. After making a user email, you may fill out the intake, all the forms we require, and get ready for your appointment!

Step 2: Parking Info/Arrival

Arriving at the office a little earlier is always best so you can find parking and hang for a minute before meeting the doc. You may park anywhere on the streets for free 2 hour parking. If you don’t find any, please feel free to use “THE IVANHOE BUILDING” directly across the street from our office. It says “KELLER WILLIAMS” very large also at the top. That’s the one! We will have FREE validation for you when you leave!

Step 3: Scans, X-Rays, Exams, & Treatment!

We will begin by doing a full spinal scan on you to see your imbalances, your baseline, and recommend any x-rays or imaging if necessary. You will then go in and meet the Doctor, get the treatments and adjustments you may need! And that’s it!
